These Terms of Service govern the use of ALIGATE ENTERPRISE INC’s website and the photography services we provide, including commercial photography, corporate portraits, product imaging, content planning, editing, retouching, and digital deliverables.
Scope of Services
Each project is performed according to the quoted scope, client-approved schedule, usage needs, and agreed deliverables. Services may include consultation, creative planning, photography sessions, post-production editing, retouching, proof review, and delivery of final image files.
Bookings and Scheduling
- Appointments are confirmed after scheduling details are approved by both parties.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, access instructions, and timing requirements.
- Rescheduling requests should be submitted as early as possible.
Pricing and Payments
- Pricing is based on the nature of the project, production scope, location, editing requirements, licensing needs, and turnaround expectations.
- Invoices are due according to the payment terms shown on the estimate or invoice.
- Payments are accepted only for authorized service work and confirmed project charges.
Refund and Cancellation Guidance
- If a client cancels before the scheduled service date, any refund determination will depend on the stage of project preparation and costs already incurred.
- Editing, planning, reserved production time, vendor bookings, travel arrangements, and purchased materials may be non-refundable once committed.
- If ALIGATE ENTERPRISE INC cannot perform the agreed service due to internal reasons, reasonable rescheduling or refund options will be discussed.
Delivery and Client Approvals
- Final files are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing proofs, selections, and final deliverables promptly.
- Project completion is based on fulfillment of the approved deliverables and related project milestones.
Usage and Intellectual Property
Image use rights, licensing arrangements, and any restrictions are governed by the specific agreement between ALIGATE ENTERPRISE INC and the client. Unless otherwise stated, delivered works may not be transferred or reused beyond the agreed purpose without written consent.
